Opportunity Description
This position is responsible for managing the benefits administrations of employees in a variety of European countries.
The person holding this position must also provide assistance to employees with inquiries related to their local benefits and related policies, procedures and transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily administration of a number of benefit programs.
- Strong collaboration with other teams in the People Service Center, Payroll Team and our Center of Expertise (Total Rewards team) to ensure operational success across the organization and exceptional employee experience.
- Establishes and helps to manage appropriate benefit vendors relationships for ongoing escalations and operations follow up.
- Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources. Provides in-depth analysis of data related to benefits.
