Our client is seeking an experienced EMEA Commercial Director to lead its commercial agenda across Europe (excluding the UK) during an exciting period of transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, building capability, and delivering long-term value across key international markets.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead distributor‑led markets across Spain, Germany, Belgium, the Nordics, and Eastern Europe, with Spain serving as a key commercial hub. You'll play a critical role in modernising the commercial function, strengthening teams, and embedding a high-performance culture.
