Emergency CAD Systems Specialist

Stjohn is seeking a Systems Officer to join the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) team in Auckland or Christchurch. In this role, you will ensure the reliability of the technology supporting emergency call taking and dispatch.

As part of a close-knit team, you will monitor system support tickets, assist with upgrades, and conduct User Acceptance Testing. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of technical support experience and strong problem-solving skills.
