Overview
At St. Luke's Health System, our pharmacy team is dedicated to advancing safe, evidence-based care for some of the most vulnerable patient populations. The Women’s & Children’s Clinical Pharmacist - NICU provides specialized neonatal pharmacy services in support of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Women’s & Children’s services at St. Luke’s in Boise.
This role is responsible for delivering expert neonatal pharmacotherapy support, including medication order verification, parenteral nutrition (PN) management, participation in interdisciplinary NICU rounds, and collaboration with providers and nursing teams to optimize medication therapy outcomes for neonatal patients.
