Emergency Management Procurement Coordinator

**This Opportunity**

WSP USA is current seeking an Emergency Management Procurement Coordinator based in our San Juan, PR office location. Other WSP office locations will be considered. Emergency Management Procurement Coordinator manages the rapid sourcing of goods, services, and construction during disasters, balancing speed with compliance to procurement policies and donor regulations.

**Your Impact**

+ Ability to execute end‑to‑end procurement, including solicitations and contract management. The candidate should have detailed knowledge and understanding of FEMA, local State Contracting policies, Federal Procurement Policies FAR concepts, principles, and practices.
+ Must have experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, and materials management, such as forklifts, trucking, cranes, generators, parts and servicing, life support items.
