- EMR system: Stroke Center-currently implementing tele-neurology
- License requirements: Active FL license and DEA, ATLS, ACLS/BLS, PALS
- Location or facility type: Affiliated FSED Black Diamond
- Start date or contract duration: ASAP for at least a year
