- Board certified or eligible
- Licensed in Missouri
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (MUST be through AHA or ARC)
- Licenses: Active state DEA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- Preferred items: Fellowship
