- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible emergency medicine physician
- ABEM residency trained required
- Certifications required:
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- IMLC candidates welcome
- Minimum commitment of 6 shifts per month
- Shift schedule:
- 10:00p-8:00a
- Single physician coverage from 2:00a-6:00a
- Emergency department volume: approximately 40,000 annual visits
- Experienced nurse practitioner support in the ED
- Procedures include:
- Simple procedures
- Procedural sedation
- Joint reductions
- Rare chest tubes and central lines
- EMR: Epic
- On-site helicopter service available
- Certified Chest Pain Center with door-to-call times under 30 minutes
- Certified Stroke Center with teleneurology support
