Emergency Medicine Physician

SCHEDULE
* Coverage Type: Inpatient
* Schedule Type: Clinic & Call
* Call Type: Overnight Beeper Call
* Dates of Need: July 16th- August 10th and August 19-28th, October shifts also probable
* Shift Times: 10 hours 8a-6p, night call. 4 10 hour shifts per week.
* Provider Min # Shifts Required: We need a provider who can cover as much as possible Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
CREDENTIALING License: Active or IMLC
* DEA Required: Yes
* Boards: BC only - our preference would be for providers Board Certified Family Practice, with rural health experience ( ED, Hospitalist, OB) experience.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS : Hospital is entering a limited window of time that we will be needing extra Provider support for our Critical Access Hospital.
