Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Emergent Agronomist on behalf of a client to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled agricultural professional who combines strong technical agronomy expertise with a commercial mindset and a passion for supporting emerging farmers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide agronomic and technical advice on fertiliser recommendations, crop nutrition programmes, soil fertility management, crop establishment, and best farming practices.

  • Conduct farmer training sessions, field days, and workshops to improve productivity and knowledge transfer.

  • Establish and manage demonstration plots to showcase agricultural solutions under local farming conditions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, stakeholder groups, NGOs, and agricultural partners.
