Salary: 25,000–30,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee all our work with under 18s.
• Lead, mobilise, and inspire others; motivate, recruit and train new leaders to meet the demands of this growing ministry.
• Be a key voice in the core leadership team as we seek to bring children and youth ministry into the heart of our vision and strategy as a benefice.
• Develop missional initiatives and new worshipping communities to expand the reach of our current provision, likely through close links with primary schools in the benefice.
• Support our current teams: youth and children’s ministry, a part-time family minister, and a committed team of volunteers.
