For major multinational, Ecosystems are currently seeking a ITSupport Services Specialist, with availability to work in Bella Vista

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering

Experience / Background:

• Requires 3+ years project and management experience
• Requires minimum 5 year of experience on IT support services
• Must have experience dealing with various levels within company and with 3rd part vendors
• Must have experience in server administration based on MS Windows platform
• Strong technical knowledge regarding LAN/WAN/Telecom
• Previous background in ITIL process and COBIT framework
• Experience in the Infrastructure subjects are required
• Management experience (projects, processes and people) is desirable
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is desirable
