NHS Fife is recruiting a Career Development Officer to support the development of clear career pathways within our Estates & Facilities (E&F) Directorate.

This is a hands-on role within a live workforce transformation programme, focused on helping people enter, develop and progress within Estates and Facilities roles. You will work with managers and staff to map roles, identify progression routes and support a more structured and inclusive approach to workforce development.

A key part of the role is bringing a lived Armed Forces or similar operational background, helping shape pathways that are practical, realistic and accessible.
