Responsibilities You will serve as a Employee Assistance Program Specialist and be responsible for programs supporting and building the wellness and readiness of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) employees and their family members. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Develops, coordinates, and documents marketing, training, and prevention activities to support suicide and violence prevention, resilience, peer support, and critical incident response. Provides EAP support to individuals, families, and units in response to interpersonal and self-directed violence, including suicide-related incidents.
