Job Description
Advise clients on the design, implementation, and compliance of employee benefit plans, including retirement and health plans.Provide guidance on executive compensation arrangements, including equity-based compensation and deferred compensation plans.Assist clients with compliance under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other applicable regulations.Support clients through corporate transactions by conducting due diligence and addressing employee benefits and compensation issues.Prepare and review plan documents, contracts, and other legal materials.Work collaboratively with other legal and professional teams to deliver comprehensive advice.Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments affecting employee benefits and executive compensation.Provide training and educational resources to clients on relevant legal matters.
