The Lead – Benefits & Wellness is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits and wellness programs that support workforce well-being, market competitiveness, and long-term retention. This role oversees retirement and long-service incentive programs, flexi-benefits platforms, and vendor partnerships, while providing data-driven insights to ensure alignment with the company’s total rewards strategy and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement retirement plans (DB/DC), long-service incentive programs, and flexi-benefits platforms in compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, including annual renewals for HMO, Group Life Insurance, TPAs, and brokers, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
