Employee Cafeteria, Senior Cook

The Senior Cook should possess expertise in a specialized method or style of cooking. The ability to demonstrate entertainment value or produce specialty foods also qualifies. Assist Sous Chefs in all culinary functions. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Insure food items are properly stored, including raw materials and prepared items.2. Inspect all outgoing orders are properly prepared, i.e. portion control, garnished correctly for presentation.3. Insure all items are available for consumption by guest, i.e. soups, sauces and gravies are available prior to restaurant opening, as well as assembling supplies and equipment needed for daily cooking.4.
