The role is responsible for supporting and delivering end‑to‑end employee engagement initiatives, ensuring programmes are thoughtfully executed and aligned with organisational goals.
Job Description- Support, maintain, and improve ongoing employee engagement programmes
- Prepare internal communications, including announcements, to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives
- Source and manage the procurement of event material and merchandise
- Provide support for team events and other ad‑hoc duties
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field
