Employee Relation Practitioner

The Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSI) is seeking a skilled and motivated Employee Relations Practitioner to join its Human Resource and Support Management (HRSM) Directorate in Pretoria. In this role you will provide hands‑on support in implementing all employee and employer relations activities across the department, from managing grievances and disciplinary processes to facilitating disputes at the GPSSBC and maintaining accurate labour relations records.

1. Grievance management

• Receive, register and log all grievances
• Facilitate and resolve grievances within applicable timeframes
• Support collective bargaining and dispute management processes
• Conduct investigations and compile grievance reports
