The Job:
Playing a pivotal role in coaching people managers on the informal process for all employee related matters and providing guidance and support to staff on queries that cannot be answered by a people manager, the People Advisory team or by HR Shared Services, the Employee Relations Adviser will have the opportunity to work closely with the Employee Relations Senior Managers and Managers on more complex ER cases and change projects such as redundancy and restructure.
