Employee Relations Counselor
Responsibilities
- Start-to-finish handling of investigative processes, including intake, strategic planning, conducting interviews, data (evidence) gathering and analysis, report writing, updating case management systems, involving stakeholders and providing updates.
- Provide consultative services to business management at all levels on topics including performance management, discipline, and other corrective actions.
- Facilitate dispute and conflict resolution processes.
- Partner with other Chevron organizations pertaining to work assignments (e.g., Legal, Global Security, IT Forensics, Labor Relations, Compliance).
- Represent Chevron through professional organizations to benchmark and understand external ER-related matters, best practices, processes, and tools.
- Attend unemployment claims appeal hearings as a Chevron representative.
