Opportunity Description
Employee Relations Officer supports positive workplace relations and ensures compliance with UAE Labor Law by managing employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR processes. The role oversees visa processing, onboarding and offboarding, and promotion and salary administration. In a catering environment, the position manages workforce relations across outlets, central kitchens, and events, while supporting employee welfare and coordinating with government authorities to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Employee Relations & Communication- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Foster positive communication between employees, supervisors, and management.
- Conduct site visits to monitor employee morale and promote engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate employee feedback sessions and implement improvement measures.
