Employee Relations Specialist / HR Business Partner

Your newpanyA well-established and growing organisation based in the Maidstone area is seeking immediate Employee Relations support within its HR function. This opportunity is for a 3–6 month temporary assignment (so applicants must be available for short-term work and able to start promptly). The position will suit an experienced ER Business Partner / Employee Relations Consultant / ER Specialist / HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor with a strong ER emphasis.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an Employee Relations Partner where you will be instrumental in managing a busy andplex caseload.
