As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide expert guidance across a wide range of employment relations matters, managing complex and high-risk cases from start to finish. Working closely with managers, you will advise on employment law and organisational policy, lead investigations, and support resolution of disciplinaries, grievances, and dismissals to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.
