ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Compliance Specialist / Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as the organization’s primary expert for HR policy governance, Process Excellence, statutory compliance, and workplace conduct management. You will lead complex employee relations and compliance cases through structured investigations, rigorous fact-finding, evidence analysis, and well-documented recommendations. As the owner of all HR and workplace policies, you will provide expert guidance on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), terminations, labour code requirements, DPDP obligations, and regulatory changes. You will also oversee POSH governance, Code of Conduct adherence, investigation interviews, and end-to-end compliance processes ensuring fairness, confidentiality, due-process discipline, and audit-ready documentation.
