**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Project Management focused on acquisitions, mergers, greenfield, and disposal activity. Lead delivery of HR due diligence, TSA development and control, transition, and integrations through collaboration with functional HR leaders.
+ Coordinate with Business Development and HR functions to complete project due diligence, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are thoroughly vetted.
+ Oversee HR integration of acquired companies, including managing workflows, establishing standards, and ensuring business continuity post-merger.
