What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the external branding strategy to attract top STEM students across key APAC hubs, including Australia, China, India, Singapore, South Korea, etc.
- Building strategic university partnerships, sponsorships, and campus ambassador networks to drive awareness of our Talent Programmes.
- Delivering bold, B2C‑style marketing campaigns and innovative events, from career fairs to hackathons and coding challenges.
- Implementing out‑of‑the‑box strategies and digital‑first campaigns to build brand buzz among elite technical minds.
- Applying multi‑channel marketing techniques across student platforms to grow brand awareness and drive direct graduate applications to our Careers website.
- Developing insights into Gen Z and STEM talent audiences in APAC to optimise campaigns, push boundaries, and hit recruitment KPIs.
