Employment (contentious) Solicitor

This is a rare opportunity for a senior employment solicitor to join a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm built on a genuinely different model on a part time basis.

The employment team is led by an established partner with a thriving practice advising senior executives and commercial clients across sectors including transport, marketing and technology. The focus is firmly on high-quality contentious work, with a particular emphasis on complex discrimination and equality matters. The successful candidate will step into an active caseload and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the practice .

This role will suit an employment solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE, gained at a reputable London or strong regional firm, who is confident managing matters with minimal supervision and comfortable engaging directly with clients.
