We are growing our Legal capability and are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Employment Lawyer to join our UK team at the Associate Director level. Responsibilities

This role will support strategic growth opportunities including acquisitions, senior‑level hiring and new market entries. It will identify and manage employment, regulatory and reputational risks, ensuring advice is legally robust and aligned to best practice, while providing pragmatic employment law advice across a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, workplace disputes and exits.
