Provide practical, day-to-day advice to clients on a broad range of HR and employment law matters.
Draft and review employment contracts, workplace policies, and staff handbooks.
Advise on and manage Settlement Agreements, redundancy processes, and Employment Tribunal claims.
Support corporate transactions by delivering employment law input, including TUPE advice and due diligence.
