Our Employment Solutions Department is seeking an Employment Specialist II to join their team! In this role you will be r esponsible for the provision of pre-employment training supports to people with disabilities receiving Community Prevocational Training to help them identify and meet their vocational needs, maximizing their independence and utilizing all of the resources in the community available to them. This position is responsible for the marketing and training at Chef's Express and provide a support to individuals looking to advance in the areas public relations and marketing. This is a part-time position. 3 days per week
Responsibilities :
+ Able to assess people with varying disabilities to develop and implement an employment plan which will include strategies to overcome barriers to employment and to appropriately match an individual's interest and abilities to a supported job. <...
