Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 short‑term intensive support in clients’ homes and within the community.
• Deliver resettlement and outreach work and assist clients in accessing opportunities in employment, education and leisure.
• Offer advice, information, advocacy and support through the Service’s Drop In.
• Work as part of a team, receiving induction, supervision and training.
