We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the KEaH Ashford Enablement Team. With an Office based at Kroner House, Ashford covering Ashford, Tenterden, Cranbrook, Chilham, Hothfield and surrounding areas.

The Kent Enablement at Home service is one of the leaders in its field. With excellent work benefits and one of the most comprehensive training programmes we believe in investing in both our staff as well as the residents of Kent.

Enablement is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing the long-term care needs.
