We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the KEaH Swale Enablement Team. With an office based at Avenue of Remembrance, Sittingbourne.

The Kent Enablement at Home service is one of the leaders in its field. With excellent work benefits and one of the most comprehensive training programmes we believe in investing in both our staff as well as the residents of Kent.

Enablement is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing the long-term care needs. This would be through planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, whilst working for and alongside a structured team to include the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Support Workers, Business Support Teams, Social Workers, Occupational Therap...
