This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with physical and/or learning disabilities, helping them to thrive at home, in the community, or at local Playschemes and Saturday Clubs.
About the Role:
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to support children and young people with additional needs.
- Enable participation in play, social, and community activities, building confidence and independence.
