End User Support Analyst III – First/Second Line (London)

UST is seeking an End User Support Analyst who will provide first and second-tier support in London. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows environments and be able to efficiently resolve user issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT equipment, managing service requests, and mentoring new associates. This position works four days on-site and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
