End User Technical Services Supervisor

St. Peter’s Health is seeking a strong, hands-on End User Technical Services Supervisor to help manage our End User Technical Services team. In this role, you will oversee end-user hardware support across the organization while mentoring and developing a team of IT technicians who keep our clinical and operational staff equipped with reliable technology, enabling them to focus on outstanding patient care.


The End User Technical Services Supervisor is a hands-on technical leader responsible for supporting and guiding the daily operations of the End User Technical Services function. This role provides advanced technical support while serving as a subject matter expert and informal leader to IT support staff.
