**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmg-arizona) is seeking a full-time clinical and Academic physician for the Endocrinology division of the Department of Medicine in its flagship location of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona

+ Provide direct patient care in our outpatient setting
+ Provide clinical supervision and teaching for medical students and Internal Medicine residents in the Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix
+ Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
+ Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients
