Position Description
Texas State University seeks applications for an endowed chair at the rank of Professor to conduct research on any aspect of semiconductor research. Texas State University is a leader in semiconductor research with strengths in ultra-wide bandgap materials and devices, materials growth and epitaxy, nanofabrication and device prototyping, and advanced characterization and analysis, and partners with the Texas Institute of Electronics to expand domestic semiconductor production.
Texas State is also home to the Nanofabrication Research Service Center ( NRSC ), a 2000 square foot multi-user clean room facility where students and researchers can fabricate films, structures, and devices at the micrometer and nanometer scale. The facility ...
