Position Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a highly motivated legal professional with deep expertise in energy and utilities procurement and contract negotiation. The successful candidate will support strategic and operational initiatives, including power and utilities procurement, grid connectivity, and fiber infrastructure with the ability to support a wide range of corporate contracts collaborating cross-functionally, including site selection, construction, finance, tax etc. The role requires versatility, a proactive learning attitude, and a strong business-oriented approach, ensuring robust support for Vantage's sustainable and reliable data center operations.
Essential Job Functions Negotiate and draft PPAs, grid connection contracts, and infrastructure agreements with utilities and transmission operators, and fibre lease / right of use and dark fibre agreements with telecom providers.
