Enforcement & Case Management Specialist

Assist the Head of Unit in planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental assignments in alignment with the company’s SOP, vision, and mission. Ensure that all activities support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold the standards, practices, and philosophy of effective enforcement operations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Head of Unit (HOU) in managing the overall operations of the Case Management Unit.
• Act as replacement for HOU during his/her absence to ensure continuity of operations.
• Collect, compile, and analyse reports and information related to illegal water connections and activities in violation of the Water Services Industry Act 2006 as evidence to support claims of water theft.
