Opportunity Description
Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Advanced for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in hardware/mechanism design and development of vacuum systems, vacuum chambers, vacuum isolation technologies, and support equipment.
+ Capable of executing full range of design activity from concept generation, 3D CAD design using Unigraphics NX & TCE software, OEM component selection and/or specification development and documentation of Build-to-Print components and assemblies using PMI/MBD.
+ Preferred experience in the semiconductor manufacturing capital equipment space with knowledge of semiconductor fabrication physics, processes, & materials.
+ Works independently, receives guidance in only moderately complex situations.
+ Interpret sub-system level functional requirements to define, design, & develop cost effective hardware solutions.
