The BAE Systems site in York, Pennsylvania is seeking a Weld/Fabrication Quality Engineer/Tech Senior in support of Combat Mission Systems Paladin Program. This is a 1 st shift position. In this role, the Quality Engineer develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols in a heavy manufacturing environment. The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring Fabrication requirements are met for current and future contract years.

+ Provide floor-level quality support for Main Line Weld operations, ensuring adherence to engineering requirements and approved processes
+ Lead and facilitate root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations using structured methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, A3)
