Engagement Leader

The Engagement Leader (EL) is a relationship development professional who provides local leadership, planning and execution of community and business development through:
- Community engagement and activation activities in partnership with Thrivent Financial Advisors and their field leaders, and Thrivent Member Networks
- Strategic relationship development with local organizations
- Coordinated community growth and development efforts with local field leaders

The EL leverages Thrivent’s community impact programs, focused on building financial health and inspiring generosity, to enable local relationship development, drive business growth and have a positive impact on community.
