Engine MRO Customer Support Engineer - Technical Lead

SR Technics Group in Zurich is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to deliver technical support and define engine work scopes in alignment with customer requirements. Candidates should possess an ETH, BSc, FH or HF degree and have experience in the Aviation Engine MRO industry.

The role includes responsibilities such as preparing engine work scopes, optimizing performance and supporting customers during engine shop visits. Proficiency in English and German (B2 level) is preferred.
