ENGINEER, FECOS CPIE

As FECOS cPIE Standardization & Metrics Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Drive for alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best‑Know‑Methods (BKMs)
• Develop metrics to measure the standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of the BKMs
• Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables
• Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions, improving network resource/talent leverage
• Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase the speed of adoption and capture project or program return of investment
• Exercise judgment and adapt accordingly to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the program
