Overview

Provide 24x7 1st‑level support and monitoring for Fixed Voice Core IGW and IPTV within Du. Manage day‑to‑day monitoring of the IPTV network, including the Head‑End and Middleware platforms on Cisco Envivio devices, while ensuring efficient communication and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 24x7 first‑level support and monitoring for Fixed Voice Core IGW and IPTV networks.
• Manage day‑to‑day IPTV network monitoring, covering Head‑End, Middleware, and Cisco Envivio devices.
• Utilise monitoring and fault‑management tools such as NetBoss Alarms, Service Assurance Tool, NetAct, U2000, vU2020, Oracle SBC, Nokia iSBC, CRE, Genband, FMC nTAS, SubProv SBC, BVS, HCS HIPCC, SPS Core Nodes, EMS Application VSM NMS, Cisco SCOM, IPTV Application Servers, IPTV Brix Vision 2000, Probe technology, and EXFO monitoring tools.
