Engineer in Training II - Edmonton

Basic Information

Term: 1 year with possibility of extension. Position type: on‑site hybrid (Mon, Tue, Thu in office). Location: Edmonton.

Role Overview

This role supports and maintains existing and future External Leak Detection Systems (ELDS) installed by Enbridge TIS PCSLD Leak Detection and owned by the Facilities & HCA LD Program.

Program Details

The Facilities & HCA LD Program mitigates leak risk in facilities, remote sites, and high consequence areas that do not meet internal risk targets by deploying ELDS. The program works with stakeholders such as LP Risk Management, Pipeline Integrity, and Facilities Integrity to identify priority locations and implement fit‑for‑purpose solutions.

Current ELDS Systems

EVTeam Hydrocarbon Sensing Cables, Hifi Engineering Fiber Optic Cable, and GE ThreatScan.
