Engineer Lithography Process Engineering

GLOBALFOUNDRIES GIGA+ Fab is seeking an experienced and motivated Lithography Process Engineer to become part of our Operations & Unit Module Team, supporting daily operations & projects in CMOS, Photonics & Power platforms.

• Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance
• Troubleshoot process issues (daily operations sustenance) and initiate/drive complex projects to improve yield/quality, cost & manufacturing KPIs in Lithography
• Analyze data from pass down to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs and resolve them. Act as technical consultant to AEs. Perform tasks without error.
• Work with Process Integration/Yield Enhancement teams to improve the process stability and process margin, achieve good quality process and cost‑effective production.
