To exhibit site solving skill & site coordination to customer. To be competent in his/her engineering skill especially in design/knowledge & understanding of code of practice in building services to customer. Ensure quality of material & installation by suppliers/subcontractors in line with ISO quality plan. Coordinate, monitor & control of supplier’s materials/equipment & subcontractors installation quality.
